5. Fees & Payments

All service fees must be paid as agreed before service initiation
Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
Government fees, embassy fees, medical fees, and third-party charges are separate from our service fees

Payment delays may result in service suspension or cancellation.

6. Visa & Application Disclaimer

KMK Global Consultancy does not guarantee visa approval, job placement, or immigration success
Visa decisions are entirely at the discretion of the respective embassy or authority
Processing times may vary and are beyond our control

Refusals, delays, or rejections do not entitle clients to refunds unless explicitly agreed in writing.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Consultancy and processing fees are generally non-refundable
Refunds, if applicable, will be handled according to the specific service agreement
Client-initiated cancellations after processing has begun may not qualify for refunds

8. Limitation of Liability

Visa refusals, delays, or cancellations
Airline schedule changes or travel disruptions
Losses caused by incorrect information provided by the client
Actions or decisions of embassies, airlines, or third parties

Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for our services.
